The fine variety Roditis is cultivated in the private vineyards Trachy of the Nikolaou family. The special terroir of Skyros offers us a fine wine with aromas of citrus blossoms, white-fleshed fruits and a characteristic acidity from the Aegean aura. The harvest is always done by hand in the early hours of the morning with respect and love. Enjoy it chilled, at 10-12ºC.
