The fine Assyrtiko variety is cultivated in the private vineyards Trachy & Paraspisi, owned by the Nikolaou family. It is matured in lightly fired French oak barrels for 6 months. The special terroir of Skyros offers us a fine wine with aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruits and a characteristic acidity from the Aegean aura. The harvest is always done by hand in the early hours of the morning with passion and love. Enjoy it chilled, at 10-12ºC.
